Chapter 2: The Woman Who Stole Everything

Chapter 2: The Woman Who Stole Everything
Valeria refused to accept defeat.
"She's lying!" she screamed. "Anyone could fake an old brooch."
Alejandro calmly reached for his phone.
"I already called my attorney."
Minutes later, the family's elderly lawyer arrived carrying a weathered leather case.
Inside were documents sealed for over two decades.
Birth certificates.
Family photographs.
Hospital records.
And one final letter.
It had been written by Alejandro's mother on the night of the mansion fire.
If only one of my children survives... protect the necklace. Inside it is our family crest. One day it will lead them back to each other.
The room froze.
Then the lawyer revealed one final truth.
During the chaos after the fire, someone had bribed a servant to secretly take the infant away.
That servant had worked...
For Valeria's father.
Gasps spread across the ballroom.
Valeria staggered backward.
"My father never told me..."
"But he knew," Alejandro answered coldly.
"He stole my sister's inheritance before she could even speak."
Security officers quietly entered the mansion.
Valeria's elegant world began collapsing around her.
One by one, the guests walked away from her.
No titles.
No fortune.
May you like
No family name.
Only shame remained.
