Marcus stood in the presidential suite, admiring the skyline like a king.
His mistress draped herself across the velvet sofa, wearing Isabella’s silk robe.
“This place is finally how it should be,” she whispered.
Marcus smirked. “No more distractions.”
Below them, staff began receiving new instructions.
At first, subtle.
Then unmistakable.
Security protocols changed.
VIP access lists updated.
Marcus’ credentials—downgraded.
He didn’t notice at first.
Not until he tried to authorize a private event.
ACCESS DENIED.
He frowned.
Tried again.
ACCESS DENIED.
His assistant rushed in, pale.
“Sir… there’s been a corporate override.”
Marcus laughed.
“From who?”

“INTERIM OWNERSHIP: ISABELLA VALE / VALE GLOBAL HOLDINGS.”
The name meant nothing to guests.
May you like

The real owners had just returned.
