Within minutes, police officers and paramedics filled the house.
Margaret continued insisting everything had been misunderstood.
Until Detective Harris opened the folder Rosa had secretly copied weeks earlier.
Bank transfers.
Forged medical requests.
Emails instructing staff to isolate Ava from visitors.
Hidden surveillance recordings.
Every piece fit together.
Then Rosa quietly handed Daniel a flash drive.
"I've been collecting evidence for months."
The video played on the television in the study.
Margaret's voice filled the room.
"Once she's declared incompetent, Daniel won't question my authority."
