That evening, Owen’s private investigator, a former FBI forensic accountant named Vargas, arrived at the estate with a encrypted flash drive. “I tracked the LLC that posted her bail. It traces back to a shell company in Delaware, which is wholly owned by Westhaven Strategic Holdings.”
